The Vertical Tasting DOC Faro promises to guide our guests through a unique sensory experience. By tasting 3 vintages of our DOC Faro, you will discover the evolution of our red wine over the years and the pairings with the dishes we will offer.
The menu is subject to change based on availability and the chef’s creative choices.
What’s included:
• Tour of the Estate and winery;
• “Le Nez Du Vin” to discover the aromas of wine, a French game designed to test your sense of smell before tasting;
• Tasting of our organic olive oils, DON GABRIELE EVO;
• Pure tasting of the 3 wines;
• Tasting of the 3 vintages paired with three courses;
• Homemade dessert;
• Cost per person: €80 (Minimum of 4 people, by reservation only).
